Les White is a strategic communications consultant working where the climate and energy space meets with rural Australia. Les has been a senior media adviser and Deputy Chief of Staff for several prominent Nationals. Ministers and was formerly the Federal Politics writer based out of Canberra for the biggest agricultural paper in Australia. He grew up ialongside coal-fired power stations in the Latrobe Valley, where he was also a journalist for four years. He is particularly interested in diffusing the tribal conflict over pollution reduction in regional Australia and helping others understand there will be no energy shift until a clear majority of country people agree to it.
