Corporate subscriptions are designed for organisations that need shared access across multiple users. They typically include multi-user access, centralised billing, optional onboarding and training, and organisation-level usage insights. Corporate subscriptions can also include custom ESG research support and additional learning resources, tailored to your organisation’s needs. Contact us to discuss options.
The Altiorem library utilises Docalysis, an AI-powered PDF reader. When you view a research summary in the library, you’ll see a floating Chat with report button in the bottom right corner. This will open a chat window and each time you ask the report a question, you’ll use 1 credit.
Go to My account > My Subscription > Upgrade or downgrade to change your subscription.
Go to My account > My Subscription > Cancel to cancel your subscription.
If you upgrade/downgrade or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will remain in the current plan until the billing cycle ends. The new plan will be applied in the next billing cycle.
Go to My account > Account details to change your Altiorem account password. If you would like to change your email, you will need to contact Altiorem.
On the login page, go to Forget password. You will also receive an email with your new password.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If you are on a device that supports wallet (GooglePay or Apple Wallet), these options will appear as well.
Credit cards are charged as soon as you confirm your subscription. It may take up to three days for the charge to appear on your credit-card statement. Before the start of each renewal, you will be e-mailed a reminder notice summarising the details of your subscription and the rate that you will be charged.

Yes! We welcome all Altiorem members to suggest research to build the library. After all, you are the ones using it. You can use our content suggestion form, which is also linked at the bottom of our Homepage.
Content in Altiorem library is suggested by members and our network, which is then sorted, prioritised, summarised using AI and reviewed by humans. Read more.
