- Building relationships with impact-driven investors to understand their investment needs and work to develop products that work for investors and nature.
Finance Earth works in close partnerships to design bespoke funding models that deliver profound impact and compelling returns for investors. They currently manage over £50 million of assets for environmental and social benefit. Some of these funds include:
- Blue Impact Fund: an impact investment fund created in partnership with WWF-UK, it seeks to generate compelling returns and deliver ocean recovery and resilience through investment in the sustainable seafood and aquatic plants sector.
- CORE Partners: an investment programme targeting operational, ground-mounted solar farms, with the aim of transitioning these assets to community ownership while maximising the financial, environmental and social impact.
- PICNIC Fund: an impact investment fund focused on urban parks and green spaces, seeking to unlock the potential in mission-driven social enterprises operating from park-based sites.
