Structure and governance
Robeco is fully owned by ORIX Europe, a subsidiary of ORIX group, a Japanese business conglomerate. A Supervisory Board monitors the execution of company policy and advises the Executive Committee; its membership includes a representative from ORIX Corporation.
Programs and offerings
The firm offers a range of active investment strategies including the 3D Global Equity UCITS ETF, QI Global Developed 3D Enhanced Index Equities, Emerging Stars Equities, and Credit Income. It provides research and insights such as the Active Ownership Report, the five-year Expected Returns outlook, and an Integrated Annual Report which details financial and non-financial progress toward strategic ambitions. Through RIAM US, it serves institutional investors in the US and Canada with strategies in quant, emerging markets, credits, and sustainability.
