The War & Sanctions portal is an open-access database developed by Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (DIU) to document individuals, entities, and assets linked to Russian military activities. It serves as a resource for due diligence and compliance by providing verified information on sanctions, war-related logistics, and foreign components in weaponry.
