OVERVIEW
Mobility Diagnosis is a free, open-source web application designed to support French territories in developing sustainable and decarbonised mobility strategies. It provides an interactive dashboard that consolidates diverse data sources to help users understand territorial organisation, geographical profiles, and current transport habits. The tool was developed to facilitate shared diagnostics between local authorities, consultants, and citizen initiatives.
Organisation behind the tool
The project was initiated by Jean Coldefy of the association Mobil’in Pulse and Maël Bordas, an independent consultant. It is maintained as a ‘common’ (shared resource) and received official support and funding from ADEME (the French Agency for Ecological Transition) through the ‘Resilience of Territories’ call for projects.
